Projects and Improvements
Oroquieta City - Then and Now (2003)!
Many of us wonder what kind of projects or improvements have been accomplished by the City and Provincial Administrations in the last decade. It is also Mayor Bandala's and the Provincial Leaders' humble obligation that Oroquietanians are aware of how these improvements impact the City's livelihood and economic future. With due respect, this site is most willingly laying out many of the projects and accomplishments that the Bandala Administration has steadfastly and endlessly sought. In addition, the Congressional District of Congressman Ernie Clarete has been actively working in improving the livelihood of the people of our province through the provision of advanced technology, such as motor vehicles for official and emergency needs at the Barangay levels, ambulance for emergency transport throughout the province, as well as farm machineries and equipment for our dear farmers.
This also serves as a gesture for each of us to take pride of the City that was almost forgotten by many former citizens who (at the time of their departure from Oroquieta City) left without the thoughts of coming back. Now, there is a new Oroquieta City where it's face has been lifted and it's structure has been strengthened so that its citizens (regardless of where they are in the world) will again proudly call themselves "Oroquietanians."
